Casey Davis has almost over 20 years of experience handling theft cases.  She has handled misdemeanor and felony theft cases as a prosecutor and as a defense attorney.  Theft is a crime of moral turpitude so it must be handled very carefully so that you can clear your record of the theft arrest and charge.  The Dallas County and Collin County District Attorney's offices offer great programs for first time theft offenders, allowing people a chance for fresh start after meeting conditions of a pre-trial diversion program.  Casey Davis will make sure you are prepared to be accepted into and succeed in this program.  If you do not qualify for this program, Casey will search out other options and work hard to determine an outcome that will set you up for future success and the ability to put a mistake behind you.  There are those cases where the theft was a misunderstanding, mistake or not a legitimate charge and Casey will evaluate your case to make sure you do not accept any charges that are not valid.
