Misdemeanor offenses are broken down into three different levels: Class A, Class B and Class C. Punishment ranges for each level are different and you need an experienced attorney to explain to you the punishment range for your particular offense. You and your family need to know if you are facing jail time, probation or deferred adjudication. Being charged with a misdemeanor can be very serious and you need to contact our office immediately after your arrest or charge before you do or say anything that could jeopardize your case. Sharon Easley or Casey Davis will speak to law enforcement and appear in court on your behalf and coordinate with you and your family regarding your bond or arrest warrant. We will work diligently to negotiate a just resolution of your case whether that means a plea bargain, a reduction to a lesser offense, a motion to suppress, a dismissal or a jury trial. If you are facing misdemeanor charges contact our office immediately at (214) 882 - 5350 to schedule a free consultation with a member of our criminal defense team.
